Working on the existing halogen model, The Panther LED uses 9 Cree® LEDs producing 1,500 lumens and a beam distance of 1000m. Also featuring low power mode (1000 lumens) and emitting no heat, it is safe for close up inspections.
The LEDs used offer a long operating time, 6h on High and 13+ on low) enabling it to cover a full shift. They also produce a clear white light flooding the immediate area and a strong spot beam over long distances. In addition, LED’s never need replacing, having an almost infinite life (100,000h+) thus greatly reducing the life cost of the torch.
Incorporating a toughened lens and shock resistant polyethylene plastic casing, this lamp is virtually unbreakable and suitable for use in all weather conditions.
The lamp and charger feature a charging status LED (red-to-green), indicating the battery charge level.
